Method:
In a bowl mix water and salt
Add 2 eggs and mix well
Add finely cut spring onion and mix
(Optional- Add finely cut sausage.)
In a large vessel add water and heat it, as the steam is getting generated place the bowl with egg mix and cover the vessel to allow egg to cook in steam.
